Recognised by the Government of Kerala, and affiliated to M.G. University, the program is offered under various streams. B.Ed is undertaken to take up teaching as a profession. However, it is worth knowing that B.Ed or Bachelor of Education is not an undergraduate degree and to pursue this course one needs to have completed his/her graduation. Thus, B.Ed is a professional course and right after completing this course, students can get a job at the school level. At Al-Azhar students are given activities throughout their program to develop their soft-skills. Students are also encouraged to read as much as possible. A well equipped library and Wi-Fi facilities are available in the campus which can be made full use of to gain supplementary knowledge.

PLACEMENT CELL
Regular training is given to students in order to enhance their soft skills. Mock interviews, group discussions and related programs are also conducted to ensure that students have the best possible chance for leaving the college with a job in hand.
