WEBINAR ON POCSO ACT 2012
Organized by Al-Azhar Public School and Legal Literacy Club, a Webinar on POCSO Act 2021 was conducted on 16th October 2021. The well-renowned resource person, Ms Soumya P.S. is a project assistant working with the District Child Protection Unit, Idukki.
The webinar aimed to educate and create awareness among students and their parents about POCSO Act 2012. Often, children fall prey to dangers because of their lack of awareness about the law. Understanding how they can defend themselves will be a major leap towards being safe in a world such as ours.

A huge ovarian tumour, weighing 6.5 kilogram, on a patient aged 65 years, who has been suffering from Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Hyperthyroidism, Dyslipidemia & COPD – was removed successfully.
