Application Procedure for MBBS & BDS
First phase of allotment for Medical and Dental Undergraduate programs start on 5th December 2020. Students will be able to give their options on the election commissioners website – www.cee.kerala.gov.in . Kindly make sure to choose your options early on. Once the options for students are published, they should take their admission in allotted college between 11th December 2020 to 15th December 2020, 4.00 PM. While visiting the chosen college for admission, make sure to bring the following documents with you.

DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION:
1. Data Sheet of KEAM 2020
2. Allotment Memo of this phase
3. Certificate to prove date of birth
4. Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended and Conduct Certificate
5. Original mark list of Higher Secondary or equivalent
6. NEET(UG)-2020/NATA-2020 Score Card, if applicable
7. Migration Certificate, if applicable
8. Receipt of fee remitted at the Online / Head Post Office in Kerala. (Required for virtually admitted candidates. Candidates having Fee Concession are exempted). Undertaking as per the order of the Hon’ble High court in WP(C) Nos. 24070/2020, 24219/2020 & 24725/2020 dated 13.11.2020.
9. Eligibility certificate from any University in Kerala, in the case of candidates who have passed a qualifying than HSE/VHSE conducted by Government of Kerala or the examination conducted by CBSE and ICSE.
10. Physical Fitness Certificate in the relevant format given in Annexure XVII of the Prospectus
11. Originals of all the documents/certificates uploaded during the online application.
12. Any other documents required in the allotment as per notification.
13. One of the Parents or Guardian will be allowed to accompany the candidate to attend the counselling.
OTHER THINGS CANDIDATE SHOULD CARRY
1. Passport size recent photos 9 numbers
2. Stamp paper worth Rs 200
3. 10th certificate
4. Allotment memo
5. Demand draft for the balance tuition fee mentioned in allotment memo (DD should be in
the name of AL-AZHAR MEDICAL COLEGE. & It should be payable at Thodupuzha)
6. Vaccination certificate for Hepatitis B, MMR, Chickenpox and others should be there
ELIGIBILITY
- Candidates have to pass higher secondary examination of “Board of Higher secondary education, Kerala” with 50% marks in Biology/Biotechnology, Physics and Chemistry put together.
- Candidates need to secure 50% marks in Biology separately.
- In the absence of Biology, Biotechnology will be considered as a subject
- Only NEET qualifiers for the same academic sessions are eligible to apply for the exam.
- Candidates have to pass higher secondary examination of “Board of Higher secondary education, Kerala” with 50% marks in Biology/Biotechnology, Physics and Chemistry put together.
- Candidates need to secure 50% marks in Biology separately.
- In the absence of Biology, Biotechnology will be considered as a subject
